What are acceptable forms of payment?

We accept a variety of payment methods.

We accept payment by checking or savings accounts, at no extra charge to you. We also accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, and Discover, with a 3.5% convenience fee that is applied to your payment.

Please notify the Billing Department at billing@dexcomm.com or by phone at 337-236-8300 so we can provide you with a Payment Authorization form.

Past due invoices/late payments are subject to a late fee of $25 and a 1.5% finance charge on any past due balance.
