Time charges are calculated by accumulating the incoming call minutes, dialout minutes, and non-live minutes. Your monthly base rate plan is applied to your usage and if there are any overage minutes, your overage rate will be applied to those minutes only.
What are incoming call minutes?
Incoming call minutes are when an operator answers incoming phone calls on your account.
What are dialout minutes?
Dialout minutes are when an operator makes an outgoing phone call. This may include reaching the person on call or calling the backline in your office.
What are non-live minutes?
Non-live minutes are when our operators are working on your account but they are not speaking with a caller. This includes maintenance works such as checking the account for undelivered messages, dispatching the call they just took, checking to see if there are old statuses that need to be removed, or checking to make sure we have the on call schedule correctly entered.
